Welcome! In Fall 2022, a community of 80+ consultants, learning leaders, and in-house nonprofit learning professionals explored ways to design learning spaces for belonging. We specifically looked at inclusion through 3 lenses: racial equity, accessibility, and culture and language diversity.
As you dive into the materials, have an eye on these questions:
- What one thing can you move forward?
- What partnerships would help you do this work?
- How can you bring others along with you?
